Frequency Selection Software
The COMTEK, Inc. Frequency Selection Guide is a free program that is offered to COMTEK users. This software program tests compatibility of frequencies for multi-channel operation and offers diagnostic testing for troubleshooting frequencies that are in conflict or are experiencing interference.
Before downloading the free Frequency Selection Guide Software, please read the End User License Agreement that accompanies this software.
Service Department
Service Procedures: Before returning your COMTEK equipment for service, a Return Authorization Number should be obtained from the service department by calling (800) 496-3463 or e-mail us at service@comtek.com. Also, when returning equipment for service, fill out a Service Order Form or include a brief description of the problem and return shipping information. Use adequate packaging to prevent shipping damage. If in doubt as to which unit is defective, return both transmitter and receiver, and accessories.
Once equipment has been received for service, a factory technician will evaluate the equipment and provide a quote for the necessary repairs.
Warranty repairs must be done by COMTEK. Only factory technicians are authorized to perform warranty service on COMTEK products. COMTEK will pay for insurance and ground return shipping costs in the United States for all warranty service.
Just a reminder: Do not send hearing aids or hearing aid boots to COMTEK. Send them to the appropriate repair center servicing your hearing aid brand.
